Furthermore, the wood easily splits when screws are inserted and flooring is flimsy. Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I am extremely sorry to hear that you are ill and I hope this purchase has not caused you any extra stress. The majority of our wooden products come pre treated with a water based treatment that lasts approximately three months, the timber must then be re-treated with a timber treatment of your choice and done so in accordance with that individual treatments instructions. This varies and may be yearly/ every four years etc, dependent on the type chosen. Due to the fact that timber is a natural product it will need a certain amount of treating and maintenance to ensure the wood is protected and kept in the best possible condition. You only require minimal access to each side, approximately 2 to 3 feet to enable someone to reach these sides after construction. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my comments and I hope your response will inform others considering a purchase. It seems to me your response merely confirms my view, namely, that your headline claim of a 10 year anti-rot guarantee is misleading. I know of no-one amongst friends and neighbours who have a 3 feet gap on all four sides of their shed to enable annual painting to take place. Buyers should be advised to paint the shed before erection, not once it is erected.

You are correct in the sense that our fitters do construct the items as per our instructions rather than making amendments to the product.
