While we're pleased that your initial contact with our team was a positive one, it's clear that we fell short in supporting you through the issues that followed. Please accept our sincere apologies for this. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, parts can be lost or delayed while in transit with the delivery carrier—something that regrettably occurred in your case. We understand this was made worse by the additional time required to ship replacement parts to Northern Ireland, which can be subject to longer delivery times. However, we completely recognise that this situation should have been handled more proactively on our part, and we are sorry if our responses came across as unhelpful or evasive. We’re currently reviewing how we manage lost-in-transit cases and support customers in affected regions to ensure better communication and quicker resolutions in future.
