Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that things did not go as smoothly as expected! Whilst I appreciate your frustration, there are several parts of the building that are interchangeable in size and will not affect the structure. The extra bearers you purchased could still have been used, if the floor bearers provided had have been installed correctly. Based on the information on your order I believe the issues have now been resolved, but if you did need anything else, please do not hesitate to contact us!
