Hi, Thank you for your feedback. The design team have confirmed that the dimensions of the the building are correct on the website. After some investigation, it appears you contacted the team and advised that the base was the exact size of the floor of the building, this of course would be fine, however your base dimensions included a timber framing, which was removed before the installation, and made the base smaller. This is why the building was too large for the base.
