Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I have listened to the call you had yesterday with the customer service agent, when you advised there were damaged parts, the agent advised what to do to get new parts delivered. You then advised that you did not wish to get replacement parts, and would rather return the building for a refund. the agent then advised that was not a problem, we would just need you to pop an email over to confirm in writing that that is how you wish to proceed. We have now received the email and a collection has been raised for you. I am very sorry that the item was damaged upon delivery, the driver should have reported this and your feedback has been passed on.
