We are so sorry to learn of the disappointment towards the tool you have recently purchased and appreciate your feedback today. With its two-point safety system and handy shoulder strap, the trimmer is safe, easy and comfortable to use, even when at its longest extension and this will also help with the taking some of the weight off when using. The weight is clearly shown before purchasing however so sorry this has been missed.
