Extremely disappointed.Only ordered item(Pest Repellent) because of 'Buy one get one free' offer.We never did have the free one!Was compensated but this does not deter the spiders!

If you are experiencing problems with the pest repeller, please pop it back to us for a refund/replacement. Please bear in mind that it does take a small while for you to notice an affect.

Initially excellent,but had problems with returns from your helpline. After using Parcel Post retun,no problem.
When order was placed I received an email to say one item was not in stock and not expected until end of July and that they would then send all items out when this was available.

When order was placed I received an email to say one item was not in stock and not expected until end of July and that they would then send all items out when this was available.
I informed them that this was not acceptable and that they could either cancel the item not in stock or cancel the whole order.
They agreed to send send what was in stock and the hand shears extension when it became available.
Delivery still took another week.
Extension handle was finally delivered beginning of August.

Sadly we are in the hands of our suppliers regarding deliveries and their supply dates do change from time to time. I am glad that you are happy with our efforts to keep you informed. Also I have double checked the current progress of the delivery of these jackets and the delivery date of the start of September still stand.
Sometimes a bit of a wait for products to be in stock.
