When order was placed I received an email to say one item was not in stock and not expected until end of July and that they would then send all items out when this was available. I informed them that this was not acceptable and that they could either cancel the item not in stock or cancel the whole order. They agreed to send send what was in stock and the hand shears extension when it became available. Delivery still took another week. Extension handle was finally delivered beginning of August.
