Long-time customer, but very disappointed this time. 2 pairs of identical shoes ordered at size 6.5 - one pair perfect fit, the other pair had one shoe very undersized, with the other shoe very oversized. Returned - well wrapped and using their return label, but "never arrived". Also received a letter saying I owed them £10, when ordered online, and invoice and email receipt clearly showed amount due equalled that paid !

This is a very strange situation. I can see that we have still not received the shoes back so would advice taking the matter up with the post office.
