Quick turn around once product was in stock but as a repeat customer for one product it's ever so slightly frustrating to have to keep looking to see when it's next available...

Thank you! So glad that we could get your order out to you swiftly. Packing for international shipping can sometimes be a challenge due to heavier wear. We use recyclable materials (paper tape, cardboard box, packing paper, tissue paper) for all orders, but on fragile and glass items we will use bubble wrap to minimise the risk of breakages. We are looking for more eco-friendly alternatives. Thank you again!
