Thank you for your kind feedback. I am so sorry that our store was closed on the 28th December so that no one was available to take your call. In the Christmas travel chaos our store manager - Beatrice - was delayed at the airport for 11 hours coming back from her family in Italy and due to no immediate cover availability, we were unable to open on that day. Thankfully all of our online orders are shipped from our warehouse just outside of London so your order was totally unaffected. I am sorry if this was not clear on the day.
