We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Insurance policies - the premium always increases above the inflation rate!

Disappointing to find that the renewal premium went up by 10% on the previous year despite no claims being made on the policy. If only my annual income had increased by the same amount.

Thank you for the constructive feedback Peter. Unfortunately and reluctantly the property insurance market is in a period of constant change due to rates hardening nationally and also building materials costs increasing, which you may or may not be informed of. This does affect annual insurers rate increases on index linking and also what insurers require for their premiums but we do constantly check with our large, unrestrictive panel of insurer markets each year to try and get the best rates and premiums for you.
