Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear of your problem and that your item was not delivered perfect condition in this instance. Our dispatch team do pack all our lights with care as many of our light fittings and chandeliers contain glass or crystal however we do apologies that your item was damaged in transit. We have investigated with our customer support team and can confirm upon receiving return requested for your order 6th June we offered a free of charge collection, upon your reply advising you was not able to await a collection a return label for sending via Royal Mail as requested was sent to you same day. Items arrived quickly and the DPD courier e-mails advising of delivery were great. Didn’t receive any confirmation e-mails from BHS though confirming order which was a bit disappointing.
