Thank you for your 5 star review. We are pleased to hear our housekeeping team were able to assist with your request for items which we temporarily removed due to Covid. We follow the guidelines of the government and key toursim bodies and all are unanimous in removing excess inventory, however, we have a stock room of these items and if any guest has a particular need, we are pleased to assist. We look forward to the day when this virus is under control and we can return to our pre-Covid days.

Thank you for your service feedback and we are sorry to read that you found the online system frustrating to use. We often get positive feedback about the simplicity of the system and in this respect it may be helpful to know that if you can't see the availability for a particular apartment type, it will be because it is full for the dates you have entered. Whilst a different date check may resolve the issue we also accept that no piece of technology can replace talking to a human and our reservations office is open 7 days a week, so if you prefer to make a booking over the phone, please so just give us a call.
