Thank you for your comments. Checking our system, we did receive your items back on 4th February and the refund was processed that same day. The money is refunded back onto the card you paid on originally, so if you check your bank statement from this day onwards, you should see the refunded amount settled. Of course though, please do contact us on support@brastop.com should you have any questions and we can advise further.
