Hello. Thank you for your feedback.
Your order was dispatched via standard delivery which can take up to 3 working days to be delivered to you. Your return was refunded within 6 days of your order being dispatched. The refund was processed on the same day your return was received. I'm sorry you found this service to be slow. If you used our FREE returns label, it can take up to 4 working days for Royal Mail to return parcels to our warehouse. There was also the Bank Holiday Monday, which would have caused a delay with you return parcel being processed. Please let me know what day you returned your parcel, so I can investigate this further for you.
