Recieved next day after ordering. Instruction clear and easy to follow. Quality of the kit was good......really pleased with it.

Excellent ladder, but appalling service. Took one week to deliver and they didn't reply to emails or answer the phone. (Altered as the did reply to the email taking roughly 10 days)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent 4.2m ladder. Very stable, lightweight and easy to handle. I felt very secure and confident using it, even at full height. Great quality and highly recommended!

Great ladder really stable with wide base. Like the addition of rubber feet covers when working on more solid surfaces.

Two pipes arrived slightly bent, the product needs to be better protected for transport. Otherwise a sturdy tower.
