We procured boxes from elsewhere because your prepaid box delivery was late
Delivery required by Friday but didn't happen until Monday. We had to buy our own boxes from elsewhere to allow packing for the move over the weekend.

As we use a third party courier for deliveries, we have to have a cut off for collections each day at 1pm. Since you placed your order after 1pm on Thursday, it was not processed/collected until Friday with delivery scheduled for Monday. This information is all on the delivery page of the website. We are also take care to emphasis to customers that it's best to leave a little extra time for deliveries anyway. Whilst most arrive the next working day after despatch, due to their size, the occasional parcel can get delayed.

Decent and high quality
Really easy, loads of different sizes of boxes and loads of different packing materials like bubble wrap. The boxes turned up really quickly and they are really decent boxes would highly recommend....
