We're really happy to hear you've enjoyed the service so far. A lot of our customers find returning so much cheaper and easy to try a game out before buying it.

We offer the 'Keep It' option for customers who really enjoy the game and would like to buy it. That way they don't have to send it back, instead we send out the case, manual and any DLC codes.

I'm sorry to hear you've found some issue with the website.

We are continually making improvements to the site from constant testing and customer feedback.

All customer card details are securely stored with our payment provider Sage Pay. We store no card information within our site.

The customer data that we do store we have a number of security process to ensure this is as secure as possible.

I'm really sorry to hear that you've not been receiving the service you've paid for. I've sent you a personal email to get this delay sorted for you as quickly as possible.

I've moved your payment date forward by a month and credited your account with 400 payback points for the delay in your service.

We stock all of our games to demand and this means with smaller titles or older consoles we may not have as much stock available to rent as other titles.

We have the wait times indicators and colour coding available to customers to indicate an estimated wait time and help them plan their rental lists.  We always advise to have as few Red colour games.

I've looked at your list and can see all the current games you have in your request list are all Red 6 plus day wait and are older Xbox 360 games.

We have limited stock of these games as they are older titles and this may increase the wait time.

Toy Story 3 video game for Xbox 360 for example is a game from 2010 and we havea limited number in circulation.
