I've sent you a personal email to attempt to get this rectified for you quickly. Sometimes these password reset emails can fall into Junk and Spam folders so I would suggest looking in there.

Glad to hear you've had a good service and think the price is good. Our aim is to deliver the games customers want while saving them money.

We stock all of our games to demand, this can mean for smaller or older console titles we may not have as many copies in circulation. We have the wait time indicators for customers to help them make a decision on their rental list and how they want to manage it. We always advise that customer should have a mix of wait times and not have too many red titles in their top 5.

Any wait that you do have you will receive Payback points for delays in games being sent. These points can be used for additional rentals, discount from purchases and saved for free rental months.

Hello,

Our library of games has thousand of titles across 7 different platforms and we are soon to introduce VR games for the Playstation VR launch in October.

If you do recommend us to anyone you can receive a FREE renal month.

When we send out games or customers return them we normally expect 1-3 days for deliveries as we use Royal Mail.
