I'm sorry to read you felt you didn't have a lot of time to play your game.
We send all of our games via 1st class royal which is estimatedto be delivered in 1-3 days but depending on the local postal this can take up to7 days.
If a game hasn't arrived after 78 days we advise that customers contactus and we have procedures in place to get this sorted quickly.
We have no time limits or late fees meaning that customer can keep games aslong as they would like. If you want to keep a game for a day, week or monthits entirely up to the customer.
Any delay customers might have we compensate with payback points which can beused for extra rentals, discounts or saved for FREE rental months.
