I've been trying to reach you over email but so far have had no response. I'm sorry if you feel you've been having issue with our service.

I've reviewed your account and the reason no games have been sent is due to yoru account being in suspended payments. We've been unable to collect a payment since August of 2016 meaning that our system won't send any other games out.

I can see that you had games sent to you during Aug and Sept but as a payment hasn't been collected our system will suspend the acocunt until rectified. If you could update your details we will take a payment and be able to send out another game to you.
