Keep up the good work, you can always improve. Why not try pc games as well as there seems to be no one else doing that. Just a thought.

Unfortunately we can't offer PC games as a rental option. This is due to most PC games having a onetime use activation key. This would mean we couldn’t offer these as rentals due to suchrestrictions.

We have no contracts so you can sign up and rent for as long as you want. If you can take rental holidays from our service and if you do cancel you can always reactive your account whenever you want.

Thanks for your feedback,
I'm really sorry that no one has responded to your email, I've sent you a personal email regarding this.
We send all of our games via 1st class Royal Mail delivery both ways. The current quoted delivery time for 1st class is 1-3 days, which is ine line with the delivery of your last rental. I've reviwed your account and I can see that since October of 2016 you've rented 9 games all of which have been despatched the same day as your previous game returning.
We stock all of our games appropriatly and if there is ever a wait we will address this and get mor stock where needed. We offer the wait time indicators for customers so they can get an idea of any wait and manager their rental list. Any delay you do have you'll be rewarded with payback points.

We're glad to hear you think our service is great.
All post is pre-paid for both ways and is Royal Mail 1st class delivery. We normally expect games to be delivered in 1-3 days in-line with Royal Mail guidelines.
Any wait you have past this we will always review and give customer back any time lost.
