Over the moon to know you think the service is amazing. I think you've summed part of our service up perfectly. Why pay £40 for a game that you might not even end up liking when you could rent it from us for £9.99 send it back and get another game sent out. Unlimited games for a not even the price of one!
It's perfect for getting to try a game you might never have picked up before and you might find an absolute hidden gem.

I've been able to review your account and can see the reason you've not received any games is becuae your rental list is completly empty.
In order for us to send you out the games you want you need to add them to your rental list.
If you could add some games I'd be happy to get something sent to you so you can try the service.
