Firstly I'm terribly sorry to hear if your purchase game case sent to you was incorrect. I do believe that we were able to rectify this for you and send the correct case quickly.

I've reviewed your account and I can see that you were renting games on an older console. With regard to old consoles over time we may not have as many copies of games to rent as the newer consoles. This may increase the wait times due to the potentially smaller number of copies. We do have the wait time indicators to help customers manage their rental list. We advise never to have more than 4 red titles for a faster service.

We send everything via 1st class royal mail delivery. All the postage is paid for both ways and you return the game in the same envelope you sent them in.

Any time you are left waiting for a game you receive Payback points which you can use for future purchases, bonus game rentals or even saved up for a free friend month.
