I'm sorry to hear if you've been having any difficulty using our service.
I've emailed you twice to get a better understanding of your feedback, please reply to me when you can so we can get any issue resolved for you.
The envelopes we send out your rentals in are the same ones that you then return the game in once your finished. Your turn the address card around to display our address in the window, seal the pack and pop it in the post.
