We monitor wait times daily and do everything we can to bring the wait times down and to get you the games you want as quickly as possible. We offer the wait time indicators to give an idea of the potential wait customer could have for a popular game and the times are subject to change every 24 hours depending on the returns we receive each day. Anytime customers are left waiting we do award payback points which are given for anytime you have had to wait for a game so that customer aren't loosing subscription time. Just Brilliant, keep exchanging games as often and for as long as you like, I do not see a flaw in it, certainly money to be saved especially for serious gamers.

With our Unlimited or Priority packages you can exchange the games as often as you like or keep renting them for as long as you wish with no late fees. You just return the game you have and we will despatch the next one to you as soon as we possibly can!It’s a great way of saving money whilst still being able to play a huge selection of titles!
