Our members have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade their package at any point and can even take a holiday from the service if they wish! It is a great way to save money and some of our customers have saved £1000’s by renting games without the expense and fuss of having to buy them and then trade/sell them. Hi!Thank you for your great review of our video game rental service!I can see that the first rental on your free trial was despatched straight away and the game you will have been waiting for next was Days Gone. As we received your first rental after the release of that title we didn’t have any copies available to send out straight away but we despatched the next available copy as soon as our members started to return them. Due to our customers being able to rent the games for as long as they like with no late fees there may be occasions when we don’t have the games you are hoping to rent immediately available. Our system will always despatch the next game as soon as possible and the approximate wait times are there as a useful guide for you to have an idea of how quickly each game can be despatched to you. In the unlikely event the game is not despatched within the displayed approximate wait time we are always on hand to investigate and help you get the next game sent out as quickly as we can!Any day that you are waiting we will award payback points which you can use towards bonus games, free rental months and discount on purchases!Thanks for being such a valued customer!Boomerang
