We strive to provide an excellent service to our customers, so we’re delighted to hear you are so happy with any time you have contacted us. Don’t forget we are here Monday to Friday from 9am until 5:50pm and you can reach us via phone, email, live chat and social media.
We agree that our service represents great value for money with our customers saving £1000’s on gaming by renting with us rather than buying and then trading/selling the game when they are finished with it.
We send all games out free of charge and there is no need to be home when they arrive as they can fit in your standard letter box! When you are ready to return the game you just put it back in the envelope it arrived in, turn the address slip round so our address is displayed and then pop it in your nearest post box!
It’s good to hear you would recommend us to others and if you were to recommend a friend through our website you can earn a free rental month for each new customer you send our way who becomes a full member.
We hope you continue to get great value out of our service for many years to come!
