All of your Top 5 are either one Medium 4-6 day waits or High 6+ day waits. Wait times are subject to change every 24 hours depending on the days returns. As we have no late fees or time limits customers are free to hold onto games for as long as they'd like which is why the wait times can change on a daily basis. We do everything we can to bring wait times down and monitor them daily. Looking at your rental history I can see consistently you get games despatched within 1 day of your previous return or the same day. It's only in the last two games being either a high demand or much smaller title games have you waited no more than 4 days. We may not have as many older format games or obscurer titles games in circulation as major titles, but will do everything in our power to get the games you want to you as soon as possible. We award payback points based on the number days you've been without a game, if you don't have many points this means you are getting a very fast service. Your points would be lower at the moment due to your games generally being sent the same day as your previous ones returns. Points can be used to rent bonus games, get discounts and saved up for a free rental month. If you wish to receive a specific rental from your list I would advise setting your service options to top choice, this way the system will only send out the game in your number 1 request slot. With you being a priority customer you will be put ahead of the other packages in your wait for a specific game. We always aim to have enough stock to meet demand with new releases and in our growing library and as our customers are able to keep hold of the games for as long as they like with no late fees there may be occasions when we don’t have the games you are after immediately available. Any time you have lost we will award payback points for each day you are waiting.
