How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

We do note in our tour terms and conditions and itinerary for Switzerland Glacier Express that a good level of mobility is required for this tour, and we are always willing to talk through the finer details with anyone thinking of booking, however we will look at how we can make this information clearer going forwards.
