For health and safety reasons, we do have protocols in place that limit some tests for individuals over the age of 80. These guidelines are in place to ensure the wellbeing of all our customers, as some assessments may carry a slightly higher risk in older age groups. That said, we absolutely agree that individual needs are important, which is why we offer tailored packages specifically designed for those over 80—ensuring the assessments remain safe, relevant, and valuable.
