We're pleased to hear your comments regarding the assessment itself, but we appreciate the suggestions you've made about how we could further improve the overall experience. We're sorry to hear that the signage at the venue could have been clearer. We understand how important it is for customers to be able to locate the assessment area easily, particularly when visiting a venue for the first time, and we will ensure your feedback is shared with the relevant team. We also appreciate your comments regarding printed reports. We understand how frustrating it must have been to realise after booking that the hard copy option had not been selected. We are happy to let you know that printed reports can be added after the assessment and results have been released. Please give us a call to add this and make payment for the booklet and we will send it in the post. Finally, thank you for your thoughts on test customisation. We appreciate that some customers have specific health concerns and if you would prefer a more tailored package then you can add any of our additional tests when booking or you can call us and we can add these for you. If you know what you want on the day of the assessment then our Health Assessment Specialists can also make amendments and add tests for you.
