How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

So far so good.

It's early days, but their approach was very good and not like the other pressurised "brokers" and their sales pitches. I'll give the 5th star once the casks mature and the profit is made.
