As confirmed in the review above, a delay in the processing of this claim was caused due to the lack of a signed GP letter which was required. This has since been obtained by the Insured and passed over to the claims team so that the claim can be finalised. We are working with the client and the claims team to ensure that this is processed without further delay.
We have also reached out to the client and explained exactly how our medical emergency assistance service works (which is provided by Allianz) and advised that if they were to have any issues with that process, to contact us for assistance.
