I'm ever so sorry you didn't get part of the order- was it the glass as I noticed you had asked for a glass to be included. This is completely unacceptable and I will look for your email as we aim to respond to all emails on the same day. We were incredibly busy over Christmas, but that's no excuse. I will put a glass and a couple of extra beers in the post to you straight away Gill
