Thanks for the feedback. we now have some unbranded boxes, which we use for anyone looking to avoid spilling the beans on the surprise. There's a delivery instructions box where this can be requested. Glad the beers were enjoyed

Apologies for the mistake on this order. I think we had shipped it before we dealt with your email. Since Christmas we have amended our processes and this shouldn't happen again. I'm really glad the beers were enjoyed though and I hope the mistake hasn't put you off ! Gill

I'm so sorry your preferred beer wasn't included. Due to the nature of microbreweries we cannot always guarantee a particular beer will be in stock. We endeavour to always supply the beers listed in the contents of a case, however,sometimes need to make substitutions. I do hope you enjoyed the other beers though Regards Gill
