It is great too that you have booked so many holidays with us now, so we must be doing something right! We are so sorry that you felt this holiday was not to our usual standard, especially regarding the walking notes. We take our customer comments very seriously and as a result we have temporarily removed this holiday form our website until a time when we can send a Belle France team member to re-walk and re-write the notes, and generally improve this holiday to the high standard that our customers can normally expect.
