Everything on our trip was perfect. The hotels were fabulous, and the meals great. Also, the map instructions for the walk were very accurate.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you were happy with the hotels. The transfer was not forgotten. The taxi informed us that he had broken down, and that a replacement taxi was on it's way. We contacted you straightaway by phone to let you know that the taxi would be half an hour late. This was followed up by a text and email . We are sorry if you were inconvenienced by the half hour delay. Our 24/7 support service means that unforseen eventualities such as this, are quickly resolved.
