Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry we can't arrange for things to be delivered on a certain date. We try to offer next day delivery on the majority of orders placed before noon, so people can plan when they want things to arrive.

Thanks for the feedback Markus, It is unfortunate when damages happen & we have tried hard to make sure our packaging is robust enough. But the nature of what is being transported does mean it can occasionally happen.
