Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for the feedback Kerry. We took on board all the comments we received from previous year's calendar deliveries & the option of choosing when to have it delivered just didn't work for most people, which is why we chose to change it this year. The site did say all pre-orders would be shipped at the beginning of October, so I'm sorry it came as a surprise when it arrived.

I couldn't find any messages from you about the delivery of your calendar, so apologies, but I promise we haven't been ignoring you.
