Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Haven't opened yet as waiting for December and is a gift.Well packaged. Only issue is the courier left the package out in the rain in full view of the road and said they left in a safe place!Luckily...

Thanks for the feedback. Sorry you feel it was sent too early. The site did say all preorders would be sent at the beginning of October. After delivery issues last year, we wanted to make sure everyone's arrived well in time so they could be enjoyed.
