Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for this feedback. I'm sorry the numbering of Advent Calendar wasn't clearer for you. It's in a random configuration mixing between the cans on the top layer & the bottles you access from the front of the box. Door Number 1 was on the front of the box by the glass the snowman is holding. I will email you direct with a bit more information about each door number
