Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

First delivery contained 2 of the same item (issue from picking/packing), then the replacement for damaged in transit. Email support was good, but for a first time customer to have 2 separate issues...

Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry there had been a mispack on your order & then damages in transit with the replacements. Its unfortunate when these things happen, but even more so when they seem to happen to the same person. We do try hard to put right our mistakes & I'm sorry you're not happy with the outcome.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm so sorry you had such problems last year, but I am pleased you came back to us. Apologies our branded box gave the surprise away, but I am pleased it all arrived in one piece & better condition than last years. I know your husband knows what is in the box, but I hope he enjoys the surprise of opening the doors each day.
