Amazing workout, you really feel the burn and I love that it’s low impact with no jumping etc. Studio is lovely and welcoming, super clean and all the staff are so friendly :)

It was amazing! Super welcoming, I loved my instructor Nicole. Clean space, loved the energy and class :) Highly recommended barreform, the perfect beginners class.

Good class but too expensive
I can only book single classes as I’m not local so it is very expensive, especially for just 50 minutes. Id prefer an hour long class at a slightly more reasonable price.

Great class but too full
Great class but they pack way too many clients in one session. I struggled to find space to do some of the exercises.
