Hi Caroline, we are very sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience. We pride ourselves on the level of attention our Instructors give to all of our clients, so please rest assured we take your feedback very seriously and it will be acted upon. In the meantime our Client Accounts Manager will be in touch to see how we can rectify this situation. We use carpets in our studios to lessen the impact of exercise on the joints.
