We're sorry that traffic into London impacted your journey. Unfortunately, congestion in and around the capital can be unpredictable, and despite careful planning, delays can sometimes occur. With regard to the timings of the London Eye and river cruise, we understand your frustration at having limited free time between and after the attractions. When arranging group visits, we are often restricted by the times allocated to us by the attraction operators due to the volume of group bookings they are managing on any given day. While we always try to secure timings that allow a good balance of organised activities and free time, this is not always possible. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased that, overall, you enjoyed the day with us. We hope to welcome you on board again soon.
