Didn't like receiving order with no written confirmation as to where it was from. Afterall, I might have ordered from another seller as well. Saving paper is OK, but a half sheet with sender's details is civilised and useful - to keep details if want to re-oder.

thanks for taking time to give this feedback. I normally send an e-mail to previous customers whenever there's something new arriving - in this case a new underwear range - or if there's a sale or special deal. This happens normally about once a month. I remember the 3 mails in 4 days, it was a bit of an anomoly so can only apologise. Re the insincere chattiness. that's me I'm afraid :), though I am passionate about what we're doing here and I am very chatty, especially about the service we give, but I've removed your name from the e-mail list. Now I feel really guilty. I was arrogant enough to believe I was being emailed by a faceless organisation, rather than a more entrepreneurial set up, and I apologise for being naive and a bit insulting. I appreciate now that it was anomolous of you to send so many emails, and I would like to be added to the mailing list to hear of any special offers. As you could see from the rest of my feedback, I was very happy with my clothes, and would certainly consider ordering more in the future.
