Hi Norma and thank you for responding on Feefo. I hope you got our voicemail and email confirmation that your had been refunded successfully and quickly. On this occasion the pay button was pressed twice - hence being charged twice - once with the name Regoning and the other with the name Tregoning, so I hope this helps to clarify why this happened.
