Thank you for leaving feedback. We actually have just changed to the new packaging as we had a lot of issue with the paper sacks we used. Plus we have picked an eco option too, hoping to improve standards on receiving the parcel. We are however always looking to improve and develop so we will be open to all suggestions as ever.
