Sorry about your late delivery, as this was my fault. We normally do next day delivery and offer a very quick service as you will note from my other reviews. I believe you may have purchased our DayTripper 'City' changing bag as this bag is similar to the popular DayTripper 'Deluxe' changing bag we sell, however the changing mat is smaller to that of the DayTripper Deluxe changing bag. Secondly, the DayTripper Deluxe changing bag has 2 extra nappy and wipe pockets.
